When will my order arrive?

Once your order has been placed, You will receive an email with a track n trace within 24 working hours. Your package will be with you within 2-5 working days from when you received your track n trace.

What if my products I receive are incorrect or faulty?

Please send an email to effortlessbeautyau@outlook.com with images of your faulty product and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

What if my order was lost/damaged with the couriers?

Please send an email to effortlessbeautyau@outlook.com with your order number and we will try our best to resolve this issue. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage we only ship to Australia and New Zealand however we are looking to expand in the near future.

 

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, we do not ship to PO Box addresses. 

Do you have a shop/pick up location?

Unfortunately we're only an online store.
